Statement of liability:

Our liability  is limited to the replacement of the defective product(s).

Shipping delay:
Delivery is 2 to 6 weeks.

All shipments left our warehouse in perfect condition. Any damage or shortage must be noted on bill of landing for claim against the carrier.

Out of stock product:
Heart and Soul Talk cannot guarantee the availability of products offered on the site.

Products description:
Heart and Soul Talk  do everything in their power to ensure the greatest accuracy on the site. However, Heart and Soul Talk cannot guarantee that the description of products or any other content on Heart and Soul Talk is exact, complete, reliable, up to date, or error-free.

Risk of loss:
Any purchase through Heart and Soul Talk is made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and propriety rights relating to the goods are passed on to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier.

Heart and Soul Talk is not responsible for costs incurred after receipt of a damaged or defective item.

Defective or damaged product:
Following receipt of your goods, you have 7 days to contact customer service to report a damaged or defective product. A defective or damaged product is not an exception to our return policy. Heart and Soul Talk will not, in any circumstance, be responsible for any damage you may suffer due to a defective or damaged item.

Final sale:
Our products/services are final sale.   If the product is defective or damaged, we will send you the replacement for the same product only.

Tracking number:
Heart and Soul Talk will provide a tracking number upon shipment of the goods.
